After years practicing with a larger organization in the Twin Cities, I founded Access Surgical, a private surgical practice with a commitment to patient-focused care. I specialize in minimally invasive surgery most frequently utilizing the innovative technology of Intuitive's da Vinci robotic surgery platform - ensuring optimal recovery and minimal discomfort for patients. I serve as a proctor for Intuitive and embrace others learning this technology. I treat many common general surgery conditions such as hernias of all types, thyroid, reflux and gallbladder disease. In addition, I am passionate about caring for those with breast cancer and melanoma. I frequently leverage Stryker SPY-PHI fluorescence to achieve optimal outcomes for cancer patients requiring lymph node biopsies. For those with debilitating spinal pain, I collaborate with Orthopedic and Neurosurgical colleagues for anterior spinal exposure.
