What is the definition of obesity ? Obesity is a complex disease involving an excessive amount of body fat. Obesity isn't just a cosmetic concern. It's a medical problem that increases the risk of other diseases and health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain cancers.  Obesity is a disease that, despite the popular perception that it is caused by reluctance and laziness, involves various hormonal and hereditary factors, and for various reasons in obese people, the mechanism of feeling full is disrupted and causes excessive food consumption and causes Fat accumulates in different parts of the body   
Studies have shown that areas of the brain are activated during hunger, and the activity of these centers should be reduced after eating and a feeling of satiety is created. In obese people, for unknown reasons, this activity does not decrease even after eating and continues. Therefore, the patient constantly feels the need to eat and is not satisfied. And throughout the day, he suffers from mental conflict with eating and not eating, which causes nervousness, and in many cases, eating more nervously and the vicious cycle of obesity increases, and the patient becomes depressed. Obesity is a chronic disease and the second leading cause of death in the world. And is caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Although in the public mind these 
people become obese due to reluctance to control eating and drinking and lack of mobility, but this is not true for all people and as mentioned earlier, hereditary and hormonal backgrounds are also the cause of many of these cases. . It can cause problems in everyday life, especially when it is severe. Obesity is strongly genetic and children of obese parents are 80-90% severely obese. Today, it has been proven that although children of obese parents are 90% more likely to develop morbid obesity, followed by diabetes and other complications of obesity, if the parents after having definitive treatment of obesity with the methods described below will have children. The obesity gene is turned off and will not be passed on to the child. Therefore, with the definitive treatment of obesity, not only the person gets rid of its complications, but also saves his children from obesity and diabetes, which are the biggest health risks of the present century.
